Valentine’s Day Set Menu

ENTREES

❤️ Pan seared scallops in a mild yellow curry sauce with avocado salsa and spiced sour cream

❤️ Prawn and crayfish cocktail with mixed lettuce, radish and Chef’s zingy cocktail dressing

❤️ Pork loin served on creamed bacon Brussel sprouts and cider apple compote

❤️ Chickpea crepe with panko crumbed cauliflower, creamy witlof, rocket salad and nectarine

MAINS

❤️ Beef fillet medallions with creamy horseradish sauce, sweet potato and sage rosti and braised shallots

❤️ Chicken breast wrapped in Serrano ham on creamed oyster mushrooms, spinach and parmesan, with red wine braised sweet red cabbage

❤️ Crispy skin ocean trout fillet on stir fried soba noodles, tofu and cabbage spring rolls, and soy beef consommé

❤️ Baked zucchini flowers served on wild rice, lentil and pomegranate warm salad with saffron aioli
